Delft is a tight student market, so the golden rule is start early. With TU Delft pulling in thousands of new students every year, rooms in shared houses around Wippolder and Voorhof go fast, and the average room now sits around €500 to €650 a month. Many students start in a DUWO student residence (the big local provider) or look on Kamernet and HousingAnywhere. Always register your address at the gemeente and sort your BSN as soon as you arrive, you need it for almost everything here.
